LOG 41: All good things must come to an End

And just quite so, the exam day came, and got over before we knew it.But it wasn’t just the exam that got over, but with it also ended one of the best Highlights of my childhood.

My School life had just gotten over. Of course, I imagine those of my readers still in School must be wondering “Why isn’t this guy happy about it getting over?”. I suppose I can say I’m not all too happy probably because I truly cherished and made the most of my school life.

There wasn’t much time for wallowing around, because almost quite immediately the spine-chilling question arose. “What now?”. School was over, well and truly over. And I must admit that I wasn’t really prepared for what next. Until now the only goal in my mind had been that of finishing from what I left off and I hadn’t really given much thought as to what I would be doing next. As a consequence, I was left more confused than I had ever been until now.

Even before I got hospitalized I had no clue as to what to do for my degree or later on.  Although I doubt it would have made much of a difference because we had now decided that I would be taking a gap year and joining college the next year. That would give me enough time to recover as much as I could and give any other exams that may be required to get an admission into college.

Even amidst all the confusion, my confidence and spirits managed to keep themselves high because of the fact that I faired decently well when my Results came out.

A  Gap year was no doubt a big step, but what we were about to do in that gap year was going to be much bigger than any of us could have ever imagined and was truly something out of this world for me as I had never done anything like it before. What was it?? Stick around to find out folks… 😉
